Hong Kong: Can Chinese government wait out the protesters?

Hong Kong (CNN) - Today is a holiday in Hong Kong, but pro-democracy protesters aren't taking any time off.

They are demanding that China give them more say over their elected officials, and have now issued an ultimatum to their current - Beijing-approved - chief executive.

Roundtable: How did Carney describe ISIS in 2013?

(CNN) - President Obama admitted last night on "60 minutes" that his administration "under-estimated what had been taking place in Syria."

This comes after the President initially claimed ISIS was "jay-vee," and his own White House Press Secretary Jay Carney categorized ISIS as an "increasingly large, sophisticated, and well-armed ISIL network, which is able to mount coordinated and complex attacks."

Report: Fence jumper made it into East Room of White House

The Secret Service is already under scrutiny after a man jumped the White House fence and made his way inside the building.

Now the Washington Post reports Omar Gonzalez made it even farther inside 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. than initially thought.

CNN Senior White House Correspondent Jim Acosta told Jake Tapper the stunning new details.
