(CNN) - Lebanese authorities have arrested the wife of ISIS leaderAbu Bakr al-Baghdadi - the man spearheading the Islamist terror group's sweeping rampage across Syria and Iraq - said a source with knowledge of the arrest, describing her as a "powerful figure (who is) heavily involved in ISIS."
The woman detained is one of al-Baghdadi's two wives. Her arrest came as part of a "planned operation," according to the source.
A second intelligence source identified the wife as Saja al-Dulaimi. She was detained with her 4-year-old son more than a week ago when they tried to enter Lebanon, that source said.

(CNN) – The next 24 hours will be critical for a Spanish nurse who became the first person to get Ebola outside of West Africa in the current outbreak.
Theresa Romero Ramos got sick after treating a Spanish missionary who had the disease, and her case brought to light the dangers health care workers face when dealing with Ebola patients.
Some are now questioning whether actions by the hospital where she was trained weren't just careless, but criminal.

Glasgow, Scotland (CNN) - Voters in Scotland made their choice Thursday - remain part of the United Kingdom, or form their own independent nation.
Now, the counting of the votes begins.
Polls at more than 5,500 stations across 32 districts, from the remote highlands and islands to the big cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow, closed at 10 p.m. local time (5 p.m. ET). People still in line to vote at that time were allowed to cast ballots.

A YouTube video has emerged showing alleged Islamist militants in Libya partying in the pool at an abandoned U.S. annex.
CNN has not been able to confirm the authenticity of this video yet, but this potentially embarrassing scene could be a metaphor for how visibly absent the U.S. has been since bombing Moammar Gadhafi out of power three years ago, leaving militias and terror factions a largely lawless country to fight over.

Kiev, Ukraine (CNN) - President Barack Obama warned Friday of a difficult, murky and complicated investigation into the apparent downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, calling the shoot-down an "outrage of unspeakable proportions" and scolding Russia for training and equipping rebels who U.S. intelligence agencies say appear responsible for the attack.
In the administration's strongest words yet on the downing of the jet, which left 298 people dead, Obama said the pro-Russian fighters couldn't have shot down Flight 17 or other Ukrainian military aircraft recently downed in the region "without sophisticated equipment and sophisticated training, and that is coming from Russia."
