St. Louis police chief on preparing for grand jury decision
In our National Lead: bracing for public protests in Ferguson, Missouri as tensions are mounting while the grand jury continues to deliberate.
Shop owners are boarding up their stores in preparation for the decision and community organizers have asked that police not use rubber bullets, armored vehicles or tear gas and that special riot gear not be worn.
St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson explains the preparations law enforcement is making to deal with possible violence.
