(CNN) - While most veterans come back to lead healthy, productive lives, some do not. Some end up on the fringes of society, or worse. And while we do not want to stigmatize veterans as a whole by discussing this small group who slip between the cracks, we also do not want to ignore their plight.
So on this veterans day, CNN's Jake Tapper visits a special veterans barracks at a state prison with an exclusive look at a new program designed to help them reclaim their lives when they get out.

(CNN) - Some intrigue today where President Obama and his Russian nemesis Vladimir Putin have three times so far been spotted negotiating on controversial topics, ranging from the bloody civil war in Syria to the terrorist threat posed by ISIS to Russia's continued ambitions to seize territory in Ukraine to Iran's nuclear weapons ambitions.
In fact, while the two world leaders were chatting, Moscow's state-run news agency trumpeted a deal where Russia will construct eight new nuclear reactors in Iran, for the "peaceful use of atomic energy."
