Hunter Biden, Bill Clinton, Gary Hart – when are scandals not ‘news’?
(CNN) – Vice President Joe Biden's younger son Hunter admits he used cocaine, after he was busted during a random drug test that led to his discharge from the Navy reserves which he joined less than two years ago.
The White House hasn't commented at all on this yet, but does it need to? When are political scandals not "news"?
