(CNN) – Donald Plusquellic mayor of Akron, Ohio, was supposed to appear on CNN's "The Lead with Jake Tapper" alongside Summit County Ohio Public Health medical director Dr. Margo Erme to talk about the city's response to Ebola.
But minutes before the segment began, the mayor walked away, over a disagreement with Erme about proper health procedures.
"We had a spirited discussion on where an infected Ebola patient ought to be treated," Erme said of the disagreement. "I gave my opinion based on our discussions with the hospital and the CDC and the Ohio Department of Health, knowing that we do not have any Ebola cases here. And he offered a differing opinion."

Near Suruc, Turkey (CNN) - Could ISIS fighters be training as warplane pilots capable of turning their weapons on coalition aircraft?
That's the worrying prospect suggested by an unverified report from the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that ISIS has three warplanes in its possession in northern Syria.
The Syrian opposition group also claims, citing reliable sources in Syria, that former Iraqi military officers are training members of the Sunni extremist militant group to fly them.

(CNN) – The World Health Organization "bungled" the Ebola response, and it has admitted the mistakes, says CNN' chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta.
"I don't think that necessarily means that it can't be handled going into the future," said Gupta.
