(CNN) - Outside of the medical community, they may play the biggest role in helping to stop the spread of Ebola beyond West Africa's borders and yet, it seems many U.S. airport workers don't have a clue what steps they're supposed to be taking to identify possibly infected passengers.
In some cases, they're not even screening travelers who admit they've come into contact with someone who has the disease.
