Secret Service training failing?

(CNN) - In the wake of numerous, egregious security failures, Rep. Darrell Issa believes the Secret Service is plagued by "low morale" and "questionable training" and will call for an outside oversight panel to correct the troubled agency.

"Mr. Cummings and I are going to be preparing a letter asking for an outside oversight panel - nonpartisan - to really look at these series of events in a way that would lead to reform - with or without the director at the Secret Service," Issa, Chairman of the House Commitee on Oversight and Government Reform, tells CNN's Jake Tapper.
