(CNN) - President Obama admitted last night on "60 minutes" that his administration "under-estimated what had been taking place in Syria."
This comes after the President initially claimed ISIS was "jay-vee," and his own White House Press Secretary Jay Carney categorized ISIS as an "increasingly large, sophisticated, and well-armed ISIL network, which is able to mount coordinated and complex attacks."
Carney and Bill Kristol, founder of the The Weekly Standard, joined CNN's Jake Tapper discuss the discrepancy and the politics of ISIS.
