Those days are long over now, for former Virginia governor Bob McDonnell and his wife Maureen. Both were found guilty Thursday on multiple counts of conspiracy, bribery and extortion in their public corruption case.

(CNN) - The outpatient clinic where comedian Joan Rivers suffered cardiac arrest during a procedure last week is being investigated, a health official said Thursday.
Rivers was on life support and died at a New York hospital Thursday afternoon, a week after suffering cardiac arrest during a medical procedure, her daughter said.
"She passed peacefully at 1:17 p.m. surrounded by family and close friends," Melissa Rivers said in a statement.
(CNN) – Don Rickles' relationship with fellow comedian Joan Rivers goes way, way back.
"Now that I'm 27, it's hard for me to remember," he joked, doing what his friend would have wanted him to go on doing after her death – make people laugh.
"She always had a great sense of humor," Rickles said. "A lot of people don't know she was a very smart lady. I mean it, knowledge-wise, I mean she could talk about any subject you could think of."
