(CNN) – A widespread Ebola outbreak continues in West Africa. The emergency coordinator for Doctors Without Borders Tuesday made a plea for more international help in Sierra Leone, which has had the largest number of cases since the outbreak began.
Other areas like Guinea and Liberia are also getting hit hard.
CNN's David McKenzie is in Sierra Leone, where he spoke to some Ebola patients and the doctors who are treating them. Check out his report in the video above.
