U.S. intelligence suggests Russia was involved in downing of Flight 17
(CNN) – The unanswered intelligence question: Were Russian military personnel present at the shoot down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17? Did Russian troops pull the trigger, taking 298 lives?
U.S. officials say they may never know for certain, but they do know Russia was involved.
CNN's Barbara Starr reports.
