(CNN) – The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, prompts the need to know what happened to prevent future potential air disasters.
"The first lesson clearly is that we need to be in the position no track air crafts through the entire length of their flights even if it goes outside normal radar coverage," said Tony Tyler, general director of International Air Transport Association, or IATA.
The organization is forming a task force to make recommendations about how to keep track of planes.
IATA's head of corporate communications for the Americas Perry Flint joins "The Lead" to discuss.
