Roundtable: Will Biden make a bid for 2016?
(CNN) - Vice President Joe Biden told CNN that he'd make a decision on whether or not to run for president by the summer of 2015.
If it's a yes, this would be his third run. But how likely is it that Biden makes a bid before Hillary Clinton makes up her mind?
