(CNN) – President Obama will have his chance to lay one out a strategy for defeating ISIS when he goes before the American people with a highly-anticipated speech Wednesday.

Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Illinois, member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, and Rep. Adam Schiff, D-California, member of the House Intelligence Committee, discuss in the video above.
