(CNN) – Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Robert Menendez is calling for U.S. sanctions that would target specific Russian companies.
"Rosneft, the oil company, Gazprom, the Russian gas company, and Rosoboronexports, which is their arms exporter – sending arms to Syria by the way – and (we should be) looking at those three companies as potential targets of sanctions," said Menendez.
