Analysis: Sebelius is 'paying the price' for botched Obamacare rollout

(CNN) – There was the botched roll out. Now, she's out.

Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius is reportedly resigning, fulfilling the fondest wishes of many a Republican lawmaker.

The news comes just 10 days after the end of the sign up period for Obamacare, after which the administration said it surpassed its goal of 7 million sign-ups.

Sebelius oversaw the not-so-grand opening of the HealthCare.gov website, which initially crammed all the efficiency of a lumbering government bureaucracy into one inconvenient online package.
