Roundtable: Rand Paul, Rick Perry, Rick Santorum at CPAC

(CNN) – It's day two of the Conservative Political Action Conference, and at CPAC, it's all about being seen, getting your name out there, maybe winning the straw poll, and for some, picking up more buzz about a 2016 candidacy.

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul received a 40-second standing ovation, and brought the house down with a speech that slammed the NSA.

Texas Governor Rick Perry gave a fiery speech earlier, pointing to the crowd excitedly, saying "My fellow conservatives, the future of this nation is upon you. It belongs to you! You have the power to change America! You have the power to speak to our newest hope."

And then there was Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan, who told the CPAC crowd a touching story about a boy who didn't want his government funded free lunch, a story that turns out to be mostly untrue.

So who wins the momentum moving forward?

Political columnist for Yahoo! News Matt Bai and Bloomberg View columnist Margaret Carlson discuss.
