(CNN) - Vice President Joe Biden appeared on the morning shows Thursday, answering questions on the President's State of the Union address, and a rumored 2016 bid.
Asked if Hillary Clinton's decision will influence whether he runs or not, Biden told CBS: "No, not directly. The only reason a man or woman would run for president ... is that they think they're in a better position to help the nation at the moment, and what is the plan you have for your the country, and that's the only thing to generate whether you run."
